This steady growth has been the result of a consistent focus on promoting agriculture and modernization, prioritizing local products, training members, providing customer guidance, and so on.

Agritourism activities have also contributed to the cooperative’s growth.

The motivation behind launching agritourism stems from a curiosity to learn about the origin of products and the desire to enjoy activities in a rural setting, combined with the enthusiasm to share the origin and production process of the products from our Viver Cooperative.

At the Viver Cooperative, we offer an agritourism program featuring year-round activities such as olive oil and wine tourism; seasonal activities, which vary depending on the time of year and the specific agricultural experience; and one-time events such as the New Olive Oil Festival in mid-December or the ViverWineFest.
