In this section, you’ll find the “alubia del confit,” a legume native to our region that was nearly extinct but has been revived by the Viver Cooperative. This product, known for its exceptional flavor and texture, is grown using sustainable agricultural practices that preserve the environment and promote local production. Other products, such as apples and cherries—also typical of our region—are available depending on the season and harvest volume. Our fruits and vegetables are the result of our farmers’ care and dedication, ensuring quality and freshness in every bite.
